MISSION
Gravity Pleasure emerged from the desire to platform marginalized artists working across ambient, experimental, leftfield, and no-genre music and sound. Rooted in care, collaboration, and solidarity — with each other and with the planet — we are a music label, platform, and event series dedicated to supporting FLINTA* artists shaping expansive sonic worlds. Grounded in an intersectional, ecofeminist ethos, Gravity Pleasure strives to cultivate practices of deep-listening, transmission, kinship, and relationality with each other and the more-than-human world. We believe that platforming FLINTA+ voices, fundraising for mutual aid, curating inclusive listening spaces, and supporting planetary well-being as interconnected acts of resistance to capitalism, climate change, cis-white-hetero dogma, colonialism, and extraction. In June 2025, we launched Gravity Pleasure with our inaugural compilation, Water Bodies, as a collective offering that brings this ethos into resonance. In 2026, Gravity Pleasure is working with several artists, including Maude Vôs, who’s acclaimed album, Medicinal Properties, released May 8th 2026.
EVENTS + WORKSHOPS
Gravity Pleasure has collaborated with biorhythm, unit3, and Index:Records to put on events in Berlin, Manchester, and Glasgow. Gravity Pleasure has also organised workshops and courses in music theory and producation, in collaboration with Slowfoam and Synth Club (Glasgow). Gravity Pleasure is excited to co-organize Liquiforms Festival in 2026 alongside field recording imprint, forms of minutiae, with the generous support of Musicboard Berlin.
