FEU FOU is an ensemble composed ofLisa Mondlane, Madelyn Byrd (Slowfoam), Pia Achternkamp (l o h) & Diane Isadora Barbé. Connected to the Glasgow label Somewhere Press, the quartet oscillates between experimental practices, with handmade instruments, swelling minimalism, broken drum machines, haunted vocal fragments and extraterrestrial instrumentation with roots planted gently in punk and folk. FEU FOU made its live debut in Berlin in 2025, where it was warmly received by the audience. They held rehearsal and recording residencies in Marseille and Lyon February 2026 in preparation for shows at Mafaldaz in Marseille, grrrnd zero in Lyon, and 90mil in Berlin. FEU FOU plans to release their first album at the end of 2026.

FEU FOU est un ensemble composé de Lisa Mondlane, Madelyn Byrd (Slowfoam), Pia Achternkamp (l o h) et Diane Isadora Barbé. Lié au label glaswégien Somewhere Press, le quatuor oscille entre pratiques expérimentales, avec des instruments artisanaux (instruments à vent, membranes, percussions), et les racines du punk et du folk. FEU FOU a fait ses débuts sur scène à Berlin en 2025, où il a été chaleureusement accueilli par le public. Le groupe a effectué des résidences de répétition et d'enregistrement en février 2026 en vue de concerts Mafaldaz à Marseille,grrrnd zero à Lyon et 90mil à Berlin. FEU FOU prévoit de sortir son premier album à la fin de l'année 2026.
